Thank you for your confidence in choosing Farrow Orthodontics. We are aware of the constantly changing concerns of the COVID-19 Pandemic. We respect and appreciate your concerns. We will reopen our offices on May 18, 2020, with limited services only.
Our mission is to ensure a safe environment for our patients and staff. If you have any symptoms of cough, fever, and/or loss of smell or taste, we request that you postpone your appointment until you are symptom-free for at least three weeks or have clearance from a physician ( please bring the clearance letter to the office).
Also, if you have been in close contact with a Covid-19 patient or have traveled recently we ask that you reschedule your appointment.
We are following the Universal Precautions suggested by the ADA, AAO, CDC, and OSHA. We are committed to using PPE, social distancing, sterilization, disinfection, temperature screening, and medical-grade air purifiers. Hand sanitizer and gloves will be available for patients. All patients must wear a face mask to the office. Upon arrival, a forehead no-touch temperature reading will be taken. Only patients are allowed into the office, no guests are allowed.
One parent may accompany their child. Informed consent and medical questionnaire will be sent via text and must be completed prior to your appointment. Thank you for your understanding and welcome back.
